Bespoke buildings
Roughly a third of what we build does not come out of the catalogue. If the geometry works in modules, we will engineer it.

Where the constraint really is
It is almost never the building. It is the lorry, the route and the crane. We run a transport and craneage study before we price anything bespoke, because a design that needs a police escort through a town centre at 3am is a different building from one that does not.
Working from your architect’s drawings
We take a scheme at RIBA Stage 3 and rationalise it into modules, then hand back a model your architect can keep developing. The design stays theirs; we engineer the manufacture.
