The specification is the product

Healthcare modules are not classroom modules with different flooring. The services density is roughly three times higher, the commissioning regime is formal, and the validation evidence is part of the handover rather than an afterthought.

We build to HTM and HBN from the first drawing and we bring the trust’s authorising engineer into the factory at first-fix, so the sign-off happens against something they have seen rather than something they are being told about.

Commissioned before it leaves

Mechanical and electrical services are tested in the factory before the module is craned onto a lorry. On site we are reconnecting and re-testing rather than commissioning from scratch, which is the difference between a two-week and a six-week completion.
