Our first plant and still the largest. Two production lines under one roof, with a dedicated services bay where healthcare modules are commissioned before they leave.

Everything structural is welded and bolted here, including the frames used by the other two plants. If a project needs an authorising engineer or a client witness test, it happens at Scunthorpe.

Visiting

Factory visits run most Thursdays. You will need flat shoes and about an hour, and you will see modules at every stage from bare frame to fully fitted out. Clients who are unsure about modular usually decide on the walk round.
