Built for repeat residential work, which is a different discipline from one-off buildings: the same module hundreds of times, with bathroom pods fitted and tested on the line.

The plant sits fifteen minutes from the M6, which is why most of our north-west and Midlands student schemes are delivered from here.

Visiting

Factory visits run most Thursdays. You will need flat shoes and about an hour, and you will see modules at every stage from bare frame to fully fitted out. Clients who are unsure about modular usually decide on the walk round.
