BIM
Level 2, with IFC and native Revit exchange. Our models carry the real manufactured geometry rather than a marketing block, including the service zones.
Early engagement
We will sit with your team at RIBA Stage 2 for nothing. Rationalising a scheme into modules early is worth more than any value engineering later.
Test evidence
Fire and acoustic performance is tested as a built assembly, including the inter-module junction, not calculated from component data sheets.
