TM-CL

Classroom block

The building most schools need and the one traditional construction is worst at delivering, because the only window to build is the six weeks nobody is in the building.

Built for the summer window

Modules are manufactured while the school is still in term, so the on-site programme is groundworks in the last fortnight of term, craneage in week one of the holidays, and fit-out and commissioning through weeks two to five. We have handed over eleven of these on the last working day before term without a single one slipping.

The critical path is the foundation design, not the building. Get us the ground investigation early and the rest is a factory schedule.

Acoustics that actually pass

BB93 is where most modular classrooms fail, usually at the junction between modules rather than in the panel build-up. Our inter-module junction is tested as an assembly, not calculated from component data, and we hand over the pre-completion test results as part of the O&M pack.
