It should not look modular
A rainscreen, brick slip or timber rainscreen cladding is fitted on site over the factory envelope, so the finished building reads as a permanent structure. The only thing that gives it away is that it went up in a fortnight.
Running cost, not just capital cost
Airtightness at 2.5 m³/h·m² and an air source heat pump as standard put these buildings at EPC A without a special specification. On a twenty-year hold that is usually a bigger number than the difference in build cost.
